We received FREE Wagyu steaks!!!! This company is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’ve had two orders now and both were prime meats and packaging! The customer service is even more awesome quick emails, quick calls and response time! The prices and quality of meat are unmatched. Throughout the years I’ve tried several companies and none have the level of quality I’ve experienced! We absolutely loved and appreciated the personalized hand written and signed letters, those are what made me feel comfortable. To take these sort of extra steps are why I will be a lifetime customer. As for my order, I am very displeased with UPS shipping issues that occurred. Package arrived in good shape and packed very well. Looks like it would have been a great purchase however, due to delays in shipping, the meat arrived without any dry ice left and I do not feel comfortable using it. My hope was to have this for the weekend with family coming over. I have to say, Cordobes did an excellent job of replacing the order without me even requesting it. They seem to be a very good company to order from and I will try again sometime. Just unhappy with the delayed shipping that happened and missing having this for our family get together. Not sure when I'll have a chance to try it on my smoker now. I would give Cordobes 5 stars for their business ethics, which is the only reason I'm giving 3 still. It was just the shipping process that ruined it for me. And I understand that is out of their control.
